JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The School of Visual Arts (SoVA) in the College of Arts and Architecture (A&A) is looking for friendly and professional people to serve as receptionist and general office assistant. You will be detail-oriented and organized while providing customer service and performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced and diverse office environment.
The successful candidate’s primary duties may include the following:
• Serve as a receptionist for SoVA representing the school in a professional and welcoming manner
• Perform general office tasks including answering the phone, distributing mail, and hanging posters
Required skills and experience include:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with standard office procedures
• The ability to work with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds
CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:
