JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Center for the Performing Arts in the College of Arts and Architecture is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a Business Services Coordinator. This position will assist with the day to day operation of the Arts Ticket Center, which offers ticketing services to the community, student groups, PSU departments, and entertainment promoters at Eisenhower Auditorium, the Downtown Theatre, Pavilion Theatre, Playhouse Theatre, and Recital Hall as well as supervising the ticket center nights of show. This position monitors and reconciles ticket sales for internal PSU and external clients that utilize the services of the Arts Ticket Center.

This position will be responsible for the processing and reconciliation of all gifts (donation, sponsorship, endowment) as well as all College of Arts and Architecture department sponsorships with tickets associated in coordination with the College of Arts and Architecture Advancement Office. Provide and proof all member listings in the OnStage program for each performance as well as the annual report.

This position is responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with all Center for the Performing Arts donors and sponsors. Assist the Finance Manager with the processing, maintaining, and reconciling income and expenditure charges against general, miscellaneous fund budgets, and balance sheets in accordance with University Policy.

The Center has created a Power BI dashboard to assist with data analysis, this person will be responsible for gathering, managing and uploading data from the ticketing system to support this project. Shepard artist payment process by ensuring accurate Paymentworks registration and verifying contractual payment requirements are met.

Knowledge of SIMBA, Excel, and Sharepoint a plus.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$46,400.00 - $67,300.00
