Robert Half Inventory Clerk in University Park, Illinois

Description

Job Duties:

  • Working with the inside salespeople to identify and confirm delivered inventory

  • Working with the Receiving department to determine inventory received daily and verify the condition and proper amounts

  • Entering tags from the receiving department on the company computer with the proper lab chemistries which accompany the tags

  • Working with the accounting/ office manager to allocate the proper freight costs and any outside processing costs associated with the inventory tags. These costs are then added to the appropriate inventory tags.

  • Participation in physical inventories of the tags on a schedule determined by the senior management.

  • This job may in the future lead to training on lab machines in the office which test the received inventory. This will increase the candidates pay grade.

  • All office personnel are required to answer company phones on an as needed basis
