We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations at our AGV site, based in Leicester. You will be based on-site and report into our Test and Production Manager and your role will be to support, drive and develop our manufacturing operations. On a given day, you may: Lead daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals. Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery. Mentor and train and motivate production staff to be their best. Enforce safety standards to uphold a secure work environment. Manage inventory levels with the procurement team. Analyse production data and propose enhancements for productivity and cost reduction. Requirements for the role Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Clear communication. Knowledge of production processes and quality standards. Someone who prioritises tasks and solves problems. A user of production management software. Used to delivering efficiencies and working to a defined deadline. Logical and analytical. Mechanical qualification in relevant discipline. Travel & Location - You will be site based.
