About the Quality Assurance department

About the Job

  • Research and Analysis: Play a key role in enhancing our auditing system by identifying and eliminating waste and low-value activities, and providing actionable solutions.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes and procedures, aligning with client regulations and customer expectations.

  • Operational Insights: Offer valuable insights and data on recurring themes, and challenge operational processes to address underlying issues, ensuring an optimal customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and Optimise Auditing Tool: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Onspring, our new auditing tool, overseeing the implementation of new functions within Sedgwick, and designing and testing new reports.

  • Communicate RCA Findings: Prepare and disseminate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) findings through written reports, policies, and guidance. Collaborate with QA consultants to develop training sessions for operational teams.

  • Present Key Findings: Visualise, present, and communicate key findings to stakeholders effectively.

  • Report Generation: Produce monthly and weekly reports on complaints and QA data, highlighting trends and themes, and demonstrating how audits and complaints provide valuable insights for operations.

  • Develop RCA Framework: Create a comprehensive RCA framework, including evidence gathering, analysis, drafting remediation plans, and working with the QA team to implement and monitor corrective actions.

  • Customer Journey Analysis: Conduct various customer journey assessments, including individual competency checks, end-to-end journey sampling, thematic reviews, and deep dives.

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Engage in data extraction, analysis, and interpretation to support root cause analysis and inform improvement activities.
