Description
We are seeking a skilled interim Project Manager with a focus on Capital Project Construction to join our team. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing project plans, managing risks, and ensuring effective communication across a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage capital construction projects from start to finish
• Use project management software and scheduling tools to create and implement comprehensive project plans
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time by effectively tracking and managing them
• Mitigate project risks and manage any potential issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Facilitate coordination and communication across different teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Use spreadsheet software for data management and reporting purposes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and issues
• Keep accurate and current records of all project activities
• Use strong communication skills to effectively liaise with project stakeholders.
Requirements • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects is essential, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in project management principles and methodologies, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in cross-functional project management is necessary, demonstrating the ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve project goals.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana is needed for efficient project tracking and progress reporting.
• Proficiency in Project Management software is required for project scheduling, resource allocation, and overall project planning.
