Hiring Skilled Buyers/Purchasing Specialists! Great opportunity to work with a well-established public company that manufactures materials for the Aerospace & Defense industry!

Looking for detail-oriented individual capable of multi-tasking and supporting the materials and purchasing department in all aspects of procurement and reporting. Candidate will have 2+ years of experience and experience supporting this industry!

Responsibilities include:

· Placing orders

· Expediting

· Vendor RMA’s

· Quoting

· Data entry and maintenance of quotes

· Vendor Maintenance

· Vendor Set Ups

· Supplier reports

· Assist in resolving accounting issues

Education and Required Skills

· Associates Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field

· 2+ years of purchasing, supply chain, or related experience in electronics manufacturing environment

· Electronic manufacturing experience is a must

· Experience with ERP systems is a must

· Knowledge of MRP processes

· Strong negotiation skills

· Excel and Word Required

Schedule : Monday-Friday: 7:30am-5:15pm (off every other Friday)
