Conduct organizational studies and evaluations of business and financial data. Design systems and procedures to assist management in operating dental offices more efficiently and effectively. Confer with office personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems. Document studies and prepare recommendations for organizational changes. Analyze communications, information flow and operating methods to prepare cost analysis. Identify worksite problems and prepare new operating instructions and training manuals for workers to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and implement records management program. Review management changes and modify operations if necessary.
