Summary

Custom Truck One Source has an opening for a Sales Operations Specialist position with a background in the specialty truck industry, Salesforce and Power BI. The Sales Operations Specialist position will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for maintaining pricing, selectable options, and accuracy of our posted units on multiple digital platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Salesforce CPQ and M3 integration.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Production Staff and Estimation to monitor and update selectable add-on options in Salesforce to ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Estimation to monitor and update pricing in our CRM to ensure accuracy.

• Review availability, work in process, and pricing reports for accuracy.

• Define and assist in the creation of new reporting that will drive efficiencies and visibility to the pricing process.

• Monitor product feeds to ensure available inventory is being integrated into our digital platforms properly.

• Assist product managers with accurate package costing data for quarterly pricing updates.

• Provide support with the creation andupdating packages pricing quote sheets.

• Participate and manage continuous improvement projects.

• Provide support for internal and external staff on the use of Salesforce, PBI, M3, Truck Locator, Record 360 and any other application used as CTOS.

• Attend training sessions to maintain and grow product and system knowledge.

• Communicate all updates through the proper channel.

• Work cohesively with all other departments.

• Complete all other tasks given from the manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in or dealing with the specialty truck industry.

• High school diploma or the equivalent.

• Professional and Technical knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, M3 and the specialty trucks.Previous experience with estimation

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Professional personal appearance

• Extremely detail oriented and accurate.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Setting priorities and adapting to changing work priorities.

• Must be self-sufficient and driven.

• Meeting deadlines and schedules.

• Strong attendance record

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

• Computers and Electronics — The applicant needs to be proficient on a computer and have the ability to learn new programs quickly. Must be able to use Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to work independently and create innovative solutions to problems with minimal direction from supervisors.

• Mathematical — Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Working Conditions

• Majority of work performed in an office setting

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting of 10-50 pounds

• Ability to sit for at least 8 hours per day

• Ability to see things in close proximity whether through natural or corrected vision.
