This person will supervise and train the team to create memorable and high-quality food. Some additional responsibilities include hiring and scheduling.

Culinary qualifications
Previous experience in high-quality cuisine as Chef de Cuisine level
Leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of HACCP best practices
Good English language skills
