Promotes safety awareness, educates, and enforces all safety | | rules throughout the plant with the goal set at zero plant-related | | injuries. | | | | | | | | | | | | 2. Follow appropriate lockout procedures at all times. | | | | | | | | | | | | 3. To set up and maintain production lines and maintain process | | stability throughout the production run. | | | | | | | | | | | | 4. Complete X and R charts and part check-off sheet. | | | | | | | | | | | | 5. Produce quality plastic parts to fill all existing production | | orders. | | | | | | | | | | | | 6. Participate in teamwork by helping others in completing a job. | | Assist anyone who needs help and/or training as time permits. Show | | courtesy to others and treat them as you would expect to be treated. | | | | | | | | | | | | 7. Perform production order sign-off. Properly perform breaks to | | relieve Operators as necessary. Communicate with coworkers who are | | relieving you at break time or shift change and explain how to run | | the line and what to watch for. | | | | | | | | | | | | 8. Report any issues to the Production Supervisor as needed, | | regarding issues with employee performance, bad parts, machine | | process, etc. | | | |
