Description and Requirements
Employer: Lenovo Japan, LLC
Work location: Akihabara UDX (Tokyo); (3 onsite and 2 remote days in a week in general)
Smoking: Not allowed in the office, but smoking room is available in 5th floor of Akihabara UDX
Employment condition: Permanent Staff ( Probation period: 6 months)

Expected salary: OTE6.5M-9.5M (B7), depending on the current salary and experience, we would make our decision
Working hours: 9:00-17:45 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end holiday, established anniversary day, special holiday, and compensatory holiday

About Organization:
This position is responsible for formulating and executing NEC direct marketing strategies to maximize revenues and profits in NEC Lenovo Japan's direct business while enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. In particular, the role focuses on demand generation for the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment.
Effective from April 1, 2025, NEC Personal Computers Ltd. will take over the corporate PC sales function from NEC Corporation and strengthen its sales efforts for corporate clients. Against this backdrop, this position will play a key role in driving demand generation within the SMB segment.
Roles and responsibilities:
Marketing strategy/plan development based on market/customer/competitive analysis and its execution to maximize revenue and profit of direct business
Yearly/quarterly marketing plan development for ROI and revenue maximization utilizing multiple marketing programs thru both of online (i.e. Search, Email, Affiliate) and offline (i.e. DM)
Advertisement creative direction to production team for marketing performance maximization
Co-working with advertisement agencies to develop marketing strategy and execution plan, give operational directions
Report marketing performance in weekly review
Co-working with other department (i.e. product, corporate communication, finance, service, development ) to lead marketing planning and execution
Maximize customer experience & satisfaction by creatives and UI/UX improvement

Requirements
Must Have – essential
1+ years of experience in direct marketing including Digital
1+ years of experience in marketing or customer strategy
Experience in making business decisions through quantitative analysis
Skill, Competency
Intermediate English skills (ref. TOEIC600+)
Knowledge on web analytics tools and method of measuring marketing ROI
Good to have - desirable
Experience in running eCommerce business
Business experience in IT Industry
Marketing experience in direct marketing for small-mid business customers
Experience in professional firms .e.g management consulting
Experience in UI/UX improvement
Marketing strategy/plan development with customer segmentation/lifetime value approach
