Adecco’s client is seeking a Workday Administrator (Recruiter) to join their team in McLean/Richmond, VA.

What you’ll do:

· User Acceptance Testing: Utilize our Workday test environments to perform thorough User Acceptance Testing, ensuring the system meets all functional requirements.

· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring a seamless experience for our recruiters.

· Job Aid Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive job aids that guide recruiters through system steps and procedural tasks.

· Agile Collaboration: Work as an integral team member in agile pods, contributing to projects aimed at enhancing the overall Workday Recruiting experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or recruiting experience.

  • Proficiency with GSuite tools.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with keen attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of system administration experience.

  • 1+ year of Workday Recruiting experience.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

Note:

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates in/around/near Richmond/McLean, VA.

Pay Details: $28.13 per hour
