M.C Dean is seeking Electricians in the South Hill, VA area! As an Electrician you will be responsible for Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components, and devices associated with electrical equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts, and building plans. Our Electricians will find ample opportunity for growth and development within MC Dean if they so desire.

The weekly pay structure is as follows:

• *All positions come with 1.5x pay ($51.75-57.75) for hours worked over 40.

• Avg of 15-20 hours of OVERTIME per week!

• Annual pay increases based on performance.

• Unlicensed Electrician: $30/hr. + $4.50/hr. project rate = $ 34.50/hr

• $51.75/hr. OT rate – 15-20hrs of OT per week available

• Total weekly pay estimate: $2,156 – 40 hrs + 15 hrs of OT

• Licensed Electrician: $32/hr. + $4.50/hr. project rate = $ 36.50/hr.

• $54.75/hr. OT rate 15-20hrs of OT per week available

• Total weekly pay estimate: $2,281 – 40 hrs + 15 hrs of OT

• Master Electrician: $34/hr. + $4.50/hr. project rate - $ 38.50/hr.

• $57.75/hr. OT rate15-20hrs of OT per week available

• Total weekly pay estimate: $2,406 – 40 hrs + 15 hrs of OT

This position comes with:

• 2 weeks of PTO per year + 9 observed holidays

Qualifications/Skill Sets Required:

• 4+ years of Electrical experience preferred.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
