We are seeking an Early Careers Senior Recruiter to serve as an integral member of our function and deliver on key responsibilities that enable success in our efforts to recruit, retain, and grow our early career employees. You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing holistic programs centered around onboarding, mentorship, skill-building, networking, and career mapping for our new hires.
Location: Tysons, VA; Hybrid (2-3 Days in Office)

What You’ll Do:
Develop programs that enhance employee engagement and cultural alignment across internship and full-time early career roles
Support recruitment efforts to attract, select, and hire top talent into early career programs
Oversee the creation of refreshed employee onboarding and ramp-up periods that enable a warm company introduction for new employees
Lead the creation of early career associate development roadmaps for growth while proactively identifying experience risks to mitigate potential attrition
Manage mentorship and career development initiatives for early career employees
Develop engagement opportunities for deeper employee connections within a distributed work environment
Engage and influence cross-functional business stakeholders for successful adoption of new programs and initiatives
Consult and problem solve across the Early Career Recruiting and Experience team with the mindset of continuous improvement
Travel as needed, up to 25% to support hiring events, employee initiatives, or other needs as requested
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent (may be substituted with relevant experience)
Minimum of 5+ years working within recruitment, employee experience, or similar roles
Experience in developing workplace culture across distributed job sites
Experience with Taleo, iCIMS, or a significant Applicant Tracking System is required.
Must have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits and developing the employee value proposition.
Should have a strong understanding of U.S. federal and various state regulations (OFCCP, EEOC, and FLSA) compliant staffing procedures.
He/she must be results-oriented, customer-service focused and possess strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to support both detailed tasks and big-picture strategies
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to foster healthy stakeholder relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies with a track record of supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated ability to operate in an agile environment and quickly pivot should priorities change
