Job Title: Assistant Project Leader

Location: Tysons, VA

Job Description: Understand client objectives, define technical and feasibility requirements, and draft comprehensive project plans that outline timeframes, costs, and necessary resources. Ensue strict adherence to health and safety protocols, regulatory compliance, including grid connection management, and lead a multi-disciplinary team through each project phase. Extensive negotiation with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, while also maintaining effective communication across all staff levels. Manage multiple project facets simultaneously, ensuring each stage progresses on schedule, within budget, and meets high-quality standards. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, swiftly addressing any project challenges or delays. Contribute both in-office and onsite, ensuring project success through meticulous planning, team leadership, and proactive problem resolution.

Requirements: Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus 1 year of experience as an Assistant Project Leader or any related occupation -OR- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Leader or any related occupation
