Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of a federal financial environment project similar in size and scope to the Federal customer. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for all operational matters related to the task order and will ensure that project objectives are met within technical, cost, and schedule constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact between the contractor team and the government Project Officer, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.

  • Oversee daily operations related to the task order, including after-hours availability for operational issues.

  • Manage all aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other technical performance requirements.

  • Monitor technical progress, including surveillance and assessment of performance, and recommend any necessary changes in requirements to the Contracting Officer (CO).

  • Interpret technical requirements and manage the implementation of technical solutions and schedules.

  • Perform technical evaluations and assist in resolving technical problems encountered during project execution.

  • Ensure enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interface with other functional systems.

  • Utilize company resources effectively to ensure project completion consistent with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

    Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in technical leadership and management of large-scale projects, preferably in a federal financial environment like NBS.

  • Strong background in managing Agile Software Development efforts.

  • Experience with Oracle Federal Services and Unison Global PRISM.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize competing requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable manner.

  • Computer Science, Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven knowledge of industry standards and programmatic risk mitigation.

    Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

  • Experience in overseeing operations and maintenance (O&M) of large systems similar to the NBS.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
