Barrel & Bushel is a contemporary American-style restaurant & bar located on the Plaza level of Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center. This barrel-forward restaurant offers 20 local & regional craft beers on tap and more than 30 bourbons that round out a selection of handcrafted cocktails to satisfy nearly any palate. The restaurant purchases local and creative handcrafted elements, the menu offers a fun dining experience for locals and guest alike! Barrel & Bushel is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and times in between.

We are seeking an energetic leader, someone with a fun and caring personality. Is this you?

Responsibilities may include but limited to; overseeing restaurant, maintaining cleanliness standards, scheduling, training, responding to guest inquires, payroll, coaching & feedback to colleagues.

This is a fast paced position, requires presence throughout the restaurant; in the outdoor patio, inside the restaurant/bar area and kitchen as needed.

Things are quickly ramping up for us as we welcome back so many people. We offer a large outdoor patio that provides a safe space to dine and enjoy. Come be a part of this exciting team!
