We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to support our Twinsburg manufacturing facility. You will report to the Manager, Production and work onsite in Twinsburg Ohio. Your Responsibilities: Lead the Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement and Quality teams. Identify, Evaluates and Leads projects aimed at improving manufacturing capabilities and performance, on a regional or global scale. Manage the productivity pipeline projects. You will provide leadership for the build and launch of New Product Introductions and insure capability and stability in manufacturing. You will review project requests and make recommendations to Operations and Team leadership regarding project worthiness. Collaborate with other Operations and Engineering functions to guide entire organization towards a common set of goals related to Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, and Capability in the manufacturing plants. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Facilitate employee development planning based on achievement recognition, and job performance counseling. Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect Operations organizations. Share viewpoints openly and directly with others, providing relevant information to those who need it; help others do so, too, in both oral and written form, to all varieties and levels of audience. Seek and incorporate relevant perspectives when assessing a situation or making decisions. Help others express their point of view; demonstrate clear understanding of those viewpoints. Conduct tasks observing applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations (state/federal laws, ISO9001, ISO14000) and Rockwell Automation procedures. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. Some travel is required (15-25%); includes international. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Bachelor' degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Experience leading, coaching, motivating, and developing employees. Experience launching new product designs into manufacturing. Experience working with product design engineering as it relates to Design for Manufacturability. Experience leading Quality, Continuous Improvement and Maintenance. Experience with Project Management tools and methodologies. Lean Green Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. PCBA and electronic assembly experience.
