Responsibilities You will collect, monitor and disseminate information from a variety of sources; review data, assess trends and establish reports to isolate constraints, maintenance backlogs or problem areas relative to maintenance capacity and throughout. You will facilitate daily maintenance and supply validation by monitoring Service Request (SR) elements, task notes, or item instances and coordinate by uploading in Maintenance Automated Information Systems (MAIS). You will coordinate with the maintenance sections to ensure materiel is debriefed from applicable sub-inventories. You will inspect tool program ensuring procedures pertaining to tool sets, kits, chests or special tool allowance items are recorded and replenished as required. You will establish, maintain, and/or inspect Preventative Maintenance Service (PMCS) records by managing equipment reports and adjusting work order statuses. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ?using automated information systems, programs or software to update, validate and manage requirements, actions, and status of maintenance activities.
