We are searching for a proficient Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Tustin, California. The role is a contract employment opportunity for about 3 months that involves handling customer inquiries in a call center environment, managing residential property related concerns, and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.

• Handle customer service tasks in a call center environment.

• Support current residents by addressing questions or concerns related to the property.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order management.

• Schedule appointments as per requirements.

• Manage email correspondence with customers effectively.

• Leverage skills in property management and residential property management to enhance customer service.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently.

• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Proven customer service skills, demonstrating a customer-first approach.

• High level of accuracy and speed in data entry tasks.

• Excellent email correspondence skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing multiple schedules concurrently.

• Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
