Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Tustin, California. The primary function of the role will be to oversee our accounting team, ensure accurate financial record keeping, and contribute to the financial health of our company. The successful candidate will be joining a team in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of two, with the potential to manage up to four team members in the future

• Ensure accurate processing and recording of company's financial transactions

• Prepare and analyze financial reports on a regular basis

• Implement and maintain comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk

• Handle financial statements and preparation for auditing

• Utilize knowledge of accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning for financial operations

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures

• Manage and conduct internal audits, coordinate with external auditing agencies

• Maintain knowledge of organizational procedures and federal and state regulations

• Utilize 'BlackLine', 'Concur', and 'ADP - Financial Services' tools for financial management and reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with BlackLine

• Proficient in using Concur

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prior experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Understanding of Accounting Control practices
