Holiday Resort Guam Carpenter in Tumon, Guam
- Constructs and repairs structural wood works and equipment in establishment, working from blueprints, drawings or oral instruction. - Builds, repairs and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building framework, and trim. - Install glass and windows, doors, and partitions. - Replace damage ceiling, floor tiles and wall coverings. - May build cabinets and other wooden equipment. - Reports nature and extend of repairs needed to make repairs. - Perform preventive maintenance program following establish scheduled. - Report major repair and maintenance needs and recommend and action plan for servicing to the maintenance coordinator. - Monitor carpentry supplies to assure adequate inventory and inform material coordinator of supplies needed. - Prioritize work orders and materials used for each order. - May compute amount of materials required completing job orders. - Maintain work area, as to provide a safe and clean workspace; including proper care and storage of material, supplies and tolls. - May assist and provide relief in any maintenance personnel, guest, and other departments. - May required working additional hours/shifts based on department needs. - Performs daily log activities for endorsement and information purposes. - Performs other maintenance work as required or requested. - Performs basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, A/C trouble, and electrical Requirements: Minimum of 2 yrs experience. Team Player. Flexible in working hours.
