Job Description:

Senior Program Scheduler will manage complex projects or processes. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Makes improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.

  • Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.

  • Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.

  • Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

  • Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.

  • May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.

  • Requires strong knowledge of job area.

  • Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline.

  • May have broad knowledge of project management.

  • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).

  • Competent computer skills related to Microsoft office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • United States citizen.

  • EVMS experience.

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $71K - $153K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
