System One is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who is well versed in managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting business objectives. This role includes preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, and providing insights to improve financial performance. Senior Accountants also play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and auditing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or similar capacity.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Coordinate internal and external audits.

• Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed.
