System One has partnered with a growing, fast-paced Tulsa medical clinic that is in search of an experienced high-volume scheduler. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical setting and will get the opportunity to work with coworkers and managers who are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise and strive to provide their patients with the utmost respect and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule office visits for three high-volume providers. All three providers can average around 30 patients per provider per day (90 patients/day total).

• Assist with checking patients out as needed.

• Seeking someone who is detail oriented, able to multi-task, and has at least 3 years of medical scheduling experience for multiple providers.

  Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
