Summary:

Responsible for onboarding of commercial and consumer loans to the bank core system. Handle requests for loan account maintenance. Processing loan payments and advances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Build loans and other loan data to input within bank's core system (new, renewal, and modification requests) and ensure proper documentation and accuracy

· Process loan payments, including participation remittances to/from participating banks

· Research loan inquiries and process payment corrections

· Post incoming wires for loan transactions

· Process non-accrual/charge-off loan transactions

· Process requests for loan account risk rating and accrual changes

· Setup and Maintenance of AFT’s and ACH’s for loan payments

· Rate maintenance

· Quality Control of other Loan Input staff

Education And/Or Experience:

· Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

· 1 Year of Commercial and Consumer loan documentation

· Understanding of General Ledger entries

· Jack Henry Silverlake Core Banking Software preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure of deadlines

· All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background, credit, and drug screening

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

· Sitting for long periods of time

Working Conditions:

The working conditions are generally comfortable with minimal exposure to noise, heat, dust and other related items. All employees are required to maintain a neat and safe work area.
