Box Header Welder
Pay: \$24\$30/hr (based on experience)\ Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM4:30 PM or 5:00 PM3:30 AM\ Employment Type: Temp-to-hire\ Location: Claremore, OK\ Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401(k), health insurance, and optional vision and dental coverage.
Weld Test Requirements:
- 2G plate test on a 1\" single bevel plate
- 3/16\" open root with straight hardwire 0.45 MIG for fill and cap with flux

Key Responsibilities:

- Work efficiently with welding fixtures to meet production requirements
- Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Box Header Welder specializing in GMAW and FCAW
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in MIG and flux core welding techniques
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting welding equipment
- Skilled in using fabrication tools like saws and grinders
- Detail-oriented and dependable in following production schedules
