Conveniently located off Highway 169, just 11 miles from Tulsa International Airport, our hotel is a hub for travelers and events. In this key role, you’ll ensure operational excellence in our Housekeeping and Laundry Department, setting the stage for memorable stays while driving team success and operational efficiency. Salary Range: $54,000- $60,000

Bonus Eligible

The Executive Housekeeper will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

  • Ensurefinancial goals of the department and the hotel are being met by managing labor costs, controlling expenses for supplies and equipment, and determining revenue-driving and cost-savinginitiatives;

  • Createa best-in-class guest experience by engaging with guests, providing friendly service,meeting operational standards,resolving guest concerns,and ensuring that all Associates in Housekeeping and Laundry are doinglikewise;

  • Training andeducating Associates regarding brand standards andCleanlinessAssured;

  • Managethe department byensuringAssociates understand employment practices, recommending employment decisionsand corrective action, supporting performance management, and implementingdiscipline;

  • Provideservices to guests in an efficient and timely manner bycoordinating with other departments andpeers;

  • Recommend changes that could improve service and increase operationalefficiency;

  • Performand/or assist with cleaning duties asnecessary;

  • Maintain records and daily reports ofoperations;

  • Maintain an accurate record of lost and founditems;

  • Practicehotel emergency procedures to include fire, life, andsafety;

  • Monitor property condition, cleanliness, and quality of product and service throughouthotel;

  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe workconditions;

  • Supportother departments as needed based on business demands;and

  • Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Required Prior Experience:

3+ years of experience in Hotel Management

Preferred Prior Experience:

Experience in Housekeeping Management

Required Technology:

Basic computer knowledge, including the Microsoft Suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, and Teams

Experience with hotel information systems

Required Physical:

Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally

Able to stand and/or walk for duration of scheduled shift

Required Other:

Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights weekends, holidays, and special events

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Other:

Bi-Lingual

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
