We are seeking an Equipment Operations Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. As an Equipment Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, some of which include providing administrative assistance, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring the smooth execution of proposal tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit documents as necessary for Operations Manager review and approval using various editing software such as Microsoft Word/Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam.

• Coordinate meetings and capture minutes to ensure effective communication and documentation of key decisions.

• Coordinate with Equipment Technical Sales Managers to formalize current work procedures and processes.

• Assist the Operations Manager as necessary with the creation of new tools, templates, and procedures.

• Coordinate the review and approval process of updated tools, templates, and procedures with Equipment Technical Sales Team stakeholders.

• Assemble templates and procedures in electronic format, utilizing interactive formatting for enhanced searchability and review.

• Develop and maintain Equipment Technical Sales Team SharePoint.

• Create new proposal folders, utilizing standard templates, as required by the Operations Manager.

• Facilitate the movement of documents from proposal folders to project folders.

• Assist the Operations Manager in tracking lessons learned.

• Maintain proposal standard documents, including updates when necessary.

• Review and coordinate any needed inclusions or revisions within the Qualtrax Document Control System.

• Interface with the Quality Team to expedite stakeholders for necessary documentation submission for Corrective Action closure.

• Generate reports from SAP to ensure that team members are accurately inputting time spent on proposal work.

• Disseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience

• Have technical accuracy in writing technical and procedural documentation

• Ability to take existing and potential content and improve it.

• Convert complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences.

• Write documentation for internal teams such as Engineers, Project Managers, and Estimators.

• Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner.

The annual base salary range for this position is $42,900 - $53,650. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Must Have

• High School Diploma

• 3+ years proven experience in writing technical documentation.

• Understand and explain complex technical concepts

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines

• Excellent technical writing skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs

• Detail-oriented

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience supporting project execution activities.

• Technical knowledge and understanding of engineering work processes.

• Experience using SharePoint.
