Call Center Representative

Tulsa, OK - ONSITE

$19/hr

8am-5pm Monday - Friday

As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients and company success. In this role the CCR will take inbound and make outbound follow up calls to customers to assist with answer questions regarding their account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound and make outbound calls to customers in timely and professional fashion

  • Maintain accurate data entries in required systems.

  • Manage metrics

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Customer service experience required.

  • Database or client record keeping experience required

  • Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Organized with multitasking skills.

  • Team player with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
