Description
We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a Complaints Manager in the financial services industry in Tulsa, OK. As a Complaints Manager, you will be in charge of managing the Complaints Management Program, ensuring all banking rules, regulations, and statutory requirements are upheld. You will also be responsible for leading a team of Complaints Analysts, providing guidance on complex compliance issues, and maintaining systems to monitor our bank's products, services, and customer experiences. Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Complaints Analysts to track, analyze, and report customer complaints
• Provide guidance on complex compliance issues and foster a positive work environment focused on learning and growth opportunities
• Maintain the Complaints Management Program, ensuring all complaints are researched and resolved in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain systems to monitor the performance of our bank's products, services, and customer experiences
• Collaborate with compliance teammates and business partners to conduct research and assess potential risks or concerns
• Deliver comprehensive management reports that highlight trends, areas of weakness, and lessons learned from complaints
• Review complaint resolutions and responses to ensure customer concerns are adequately addressed
• Analyze complaint data and prepare detailed reports to help Senior Management understand any issues noted
• Serve as a resource for internal and external compliance inquiries, providing support and guidance as necessary
• Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, required.
5-7 years’ experience in banking industry, required.
CRCM certification, preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly evolving market.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions using data.
Knowledge of existing and emerging bank regulations.
Knowledge of audit processes and compliance with required reporting.
Ability to analyze compliance procedures and standards.
