Job Summary:

Under general direction of the Project Manager, performs business management functions necessary to execute the FSS contract and administer for its employees. Duties also include property administration.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees vendor and subcontractor procurement (purchase orders) and accounts payable

  • Works with AF Contracting and Akima Corporate on modifications and monthly invoicing for firm fixed price and cost CLINs

  • Manages project controls to include maintaining project setup form used in managing project modifications, revenue, billing and workforce

  • Oversees project budget forecast development and monthly update

  • Updates quarterly project review financials

  • Oversees timecard management and liaises with payroll on employee pay issues

  • Tracks test support accounting and submits weekly test hours to AF/FM

  • Performs site-level HR functions related to hiring (use of iCIMS) and on-boarding tasks

  • Property administrator for contract GFP--conducts audits of the FAR property functions, coordinates with the Air Force on contractual changes involving GFP, and maintains the Akima Asset Management System

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from accredited college/university or minimum three (3) years of experience administering programs in a multi-functional, mid-size organization

  • Knowledge of a wide variety of contract support functions, procedures, practices, and processes

  • Ability to communicates clearly and effectively, and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and employees across the functional areas
