Maintenance Technician

Pay: $25-35/hour

Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the flexible packaging industry. You'll troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document equipment problems. Looking for an individual with experience in working on electrical systems.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Installation, adjustment, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of motors, gear boxes, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders and valves

• Review and interpret work orders, technical manuals, and machine operations

• Develop maintenance procedures and devise tools

• Use a computer to track and document equipment problems

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Knowledge of VFDs and electrical control panels

• Experience with extrusion (preferred but not required)

• Hydraulics and pneumatics
