We are collaborating with a leading manufacturing plant in Tukwila to find a motivated Jr. Staff Accountant seeking to propel their career forward. The Jr. Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the plant's financial department through daily accounting tasks. This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity for new graduates looking to get their foot in the accounting world.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Conduct bank statement reconciliations.

• Support tax return and audit processes.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

• Collaborate on various accounting projects.

• Monitor company credit card charges and reconcile statements.

  Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.

Experience with financial software, QuickBooks preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to interact across departments.
