Insight Global is looking for a customer-focused, results-oriented, and creative Product Manager to own and guide our clients new product development programs and features worldwide. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, scope of the project, and timeline so it is easy for stakeholders to visualize what needs to be delivered, by whom, and when.

• Articulate needs to all internal stakeholders and provide support to ensure successful onboarding and integration into the daily operations of all departments.

• Guide and manage the product release process and all the cross-functional activities that bring new products to market.

• Ensure timely delivery of the new product development pipeline and existing product improvements.

• Own existing products. Understand customer needs and problems and develop solutions in the form of product features/improvements.

• Advocate for customers, identifying emerging needs, new product opportunities, and growth enablers.

• Define functional and performance requirements of products.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Science or Engineering background

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience

• Technical Knowledge in one of the following: Physical Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Instrumentation - MUST be willing to travel at least 10% (Domestic and International) null
