The RN's daily responsibility for direct patient care and education and fostering collaborative relationships with providers and other clinical operations staff. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys performing daily patient care, has a passion for working with the senior community

Requirements:

  • Extensive triage experience

  • IV experience

  • At least 5 years of medical experience with RN license

  • Geriatric – ideal but not required, hospital center – must be interested at least interested in geriatrics.

  • Must have Triage, understanding of same day, provide, nurse visit. Patients follow ups, education around care.

  • In-person assessment from nurse vs provider.

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8am-5pm

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
