Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Market Manager who will engage in continuous market research for our client. If you can choose a strategy for capturing more of the market; onboard the broader organization to support the goals using change management; provide sales management to representatives and distributors; and strategize on marketing communications efforts to increase leads, this opportunity is for you.

A Market Manager will be expected to understand the customers process, needs, and priorities in ways that will inform product development, sales approach, prospecting, and marketing to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through calls and visits to identify their pain points. Conduct competitor research, SWOT analysis, surveys, and attend tradeshows to gather insights.

• Innovate by proposing new products or application niches that our offerings can address.

• Collaborate with customers to refine solutions and offerings.

• Identify new customers, expand key accounts, and drive repeat business.

• Deliver industry-specific training and accompany sales teams on customer visits.

• Develop and optimize marketing strategies to reach target audiences. (Plan and execute promotional campaigns, improve SEO, create application notes, manage social media posts, select relevant tradeshows, and produce articles and case studies.)

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Science, Engineering, Business

• 2-3 years of industry background/knowledge in one of the following:

• Oil and Gas (chemical analysis)

• Bioreactors (pharma, alt-fuel or other)

• Vacuum coating (CVD, PVD, ALD)

• Environmental air monitoring

• Background or desire to work in a Marketing, Business Development, and Sales role - MUST be willing to travel at least 10% (Domestic and International) null
