Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR & Payroll Specialist in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and addressing customer inquiries. Furthermore, it is crucial to monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer applications in a timely manner

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and precise

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide satisfactory solutions

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and initiate appropriate actions when necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for efficient record-keeping and communication Requirements • Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR & Payroll Specialist role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel and Word.

• Demonstrated knowledge of payroll practices, procedures, and legislation.

• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment equity regulations.

• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to create detailed reports and spreadsheets.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
