The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and longevity of production equipment and facilities. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, performing preventative maintenance, and promptly addressing equipment failures to support uninterrupted production operations.
Your Role
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
Assist in installing new equipment and ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks.
Provide recommendations for equipment improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
About You
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with PLC systems and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Basic computer skills to maintain digital records and utilize maintenance management software.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Licenses and Diplomas
Certification or technical training in maintenance, industrial mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
Valid driver's license.

Direct Hire Position
Pay Rate $22-$26.00 per hour DOE.
Work Schedule Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (you will need to be flexible with this work schedule)

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
