Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Coordinate and assist with the annual budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions.

Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development and growth.

Stay current with accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, implementing changes as necessary to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

Experienced in ERP systems

MS Excel

AA or BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
