ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Tucker, Georgia

Our client in the transportation industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting the SGA, FR (FIELD)-TEMP SERVICE LABOR team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Tucker, GA

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

  • Monitor progress of delivery routes

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What's Needed?

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

  • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
