Job Title: Hydropanel Installer Laborers

Job Description

Seeking hydropanel installers for communities located in Tuba City (2), Gallup (3), and Tucson (1). Individuals will be lifting materials and taking them to appropriate install sites, installing the panels using hand tools, and more. Candidates need to be able to get to our central laydown yards. From there, they will ride with our teams to the install sites. Their time clock starts once they reach the laydown yard.

In this role, you will:

  • Install new Hydropanel systems.

  • Assist distribution partners and independent installers in the installation of Hydropanel systems.

  • Perform commissioning and performance testing of deployed Hydropanels systems.

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, equipment modifications, and troubleshooting of Hydropanels arrays at various sites.

  • Submit daily reporting of maintenance/repair work performed, schedule updates, and project progress.

  • Commission and test panels evaluating performance and readiness.

  • Set up and troubleshoot communications.

  • Test, analyze, and repair problems in panels.

  • Perform moderately complex but repetitive testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Use, maintain, and secure test devices and tools used to adjust, calibrate, and repair equipment.

  • Ensure that service commitments are met within the expected response time.

  • Manage tool and spares inventory and restock as necessary.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and laterally across all departmental borders.

  • Generate and coordinate responses to field service tickets.

Work Environment

Working outdoors and in communities to install hydropanels with a small crew. Climbing ladders, stairs, and working on rooftops in adverse weather conditions are all essential functions of the job. Typical work schedule is M-F 8-5. Some overtime and weekends required when necessary.
