Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
This position is for a manufacturing assembler to help with producing an electromechanical product. The work involves mechanical assembly and testing of various components. Work instructions and training will be provided. Once trained, the employee will work with minimal supervision yet be required to produce quality products at the appropriate rate of production. Typical requirements such as a positive attitude, maintaining cleanliness of the entire work facility, respect for others, and good organizational skills are expected. All tools will be provided.
Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly and testing of electromechanical components.
Follow work instructions and training provided.
Work with minimal supervision after training.
Produce quality products at the appropriate rate of production.
Maintain cleanliness of the entire work facility.
Respect others and demonstrate good organizational skills.
Essential Skills
Good assembly skills.
Ability to maintain a clean work area.
Pride in craftsmanship.
Ability to follow written work instructions.
Prior experience performing small parts assembly or soldering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with digital multimeters.
