Ufer Farms Partnership Farm Operations Manager in Truman, Minnesota
Responsible for managing farm operations to ensure the production of high quality, high volume, and cost-effective crop production for commercial grain farm. Specific duties include: (1) managing day-to-day operations and reporting details to the owners; (2) managing employees to ensure tasks are done properly, safely, and in a cost-effective manner; (3) training employees on how to perform tasks properly, safely, and in a cost-effective manner; (4) overseeing farm equipment maintenance and workshop projects; (5) overseeing agronomic management of crops; (6) documenting organic records for field work operations; and (7) scheduling and tracking grain inventories, loads, and destinations.
