Job Title: CNC Setup Machinist (Piqua, OH)

Job Description

• Machinists will run one machine on shift - Okuma mills and lathes with Fanuc controls

• Upload program to machine and follow set up instructions (set ups take about 1 hour)

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and quality checks with micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Edit programs using G&M code

• Lot sizes range from 1-10 parts

Shifts Available & Pay

• $20-27/hr base

• 2nd shift 2pm-10pm

• Monday-Friday

• $3 shift differential

• 3rd shift 10pm-6am

• Sunday-Thursday

• $1 shift differential

Must Have Skills

• CNC machine setup - Okuma lathes and mills with Fanuc controls

• G&M code editing - speeds and feeds

• Tool changes

• Offsets

• Precision measuring instruments
