Pay: $28/hr. Accounts Payable Specialist responsibilities: Assist with preparing month-end accounts receivable/payable reports and the cash report. Maintain accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring compliance with audit procedures. Prepare credit memos, post sales, and maintain required files. Provide support in other office areas like parts and purchasing and assist with financial analysis. Interface with accounting and finance personnel, ensuring accurate recording of financial information, and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications: Must have experience in AP, Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills. A 4-year degree is preferred in accounting, minimum of 2-year associate degree in accounting.
