BUILDING MAINTENANCE HELPER NEEDED! ($18HR)

Property Management company looking for Maintenance Helpers to join their team to renovate and maintain residential properties in Albany, Schenectady, and Troy NY

Pay: $18HR based on years of experience

Shift: 8a-4pm Monday - Friday

*MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Responsibilities :

Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations

Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete

Hold or supply tools, parts, equipment, and supplies for other workers.

Adjust, maintain, and repair tools, equipment, and machines, and assist more skilled workers with similar tasks.

Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.

Work Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation and an active driver’s license

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance

Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and staircases

Skills & Qualifications:

Working understanding of trades in order to install light fixtures, switches, outlets, toilets, sinks, plumbing lines, etc.

Skilled at organizing work, managing time, and following through on details
