DIRECTOR OF NURSING – EDDY HERITAGE HOUSE NURSING & REHAB CENTER, Troy, NY

Eddy Heritage House Nursing & Rehab Center has an opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to serve as our Director of Nursing!

Eddy Heritage is a 122-bed skilled nursing facility, including 80 long term care beds, 40 subacute rehab beds and 2 respite beds.

We are located in Troy, New York, just a few miles from Samaritan Hospital.

Eddy Heritage is part of The Eddy Continuing Care Network, including skilled nursing facilities, adult homes, memory care centers, independent living, home health, hospice, PACE, medical equipment, infusion pharmacy, and other community based services. We serve as part of the non profit St. Peter’s Health Partners integrated healthcare delivery system, including Samaritan, St. Peter’s and Sunnyview Rehab Hospitals, along with our SPHP Medical Group.

Requirements:

BSN with 3 years experience in nurse leadership preferred.

Pay Range: $50.85 - $64.70

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
