Job Opening: Director of Employment Services (Full-time/Salaried) Location: Troy, MO Organization: Community Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced Director of Employment Services
to lead and oversee our Employment Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
- Supervise Employment Specialists.
- Work closely with the local business community to identify and create employment opportunities.
- Data collection/reporting and budget development/adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree qualifying as a QDDP.
- 5+ years of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities and staff supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
